Post-ku is looking for post-ku. Post-ku is haiku that strays so far off the beaten path most people wouldn’t recognize it. It sits in the grey area between free-verse micropoetry and conventional haiku. It’s the wild child with the DNA of haiku.
Post-ku will be open to submissions:
> Dec 1-15 for the January issue
> Feb 1-15 for the March issue
> Apr 1-15 for the May issue
> Jun 1-15 for the July issue
> Aug 1-15 for the September issue
> Oct 1-15 for the November issue
The submission form will be active below when submissions are open.
During the submission period you may submit 1 or 2 verses in the form. Only one form per person will be accepted per submission period. If one of your verses is accepted, you will receive a notice; if you don’t get a response by the 20th after submissions are closed, your verses are free to submit elsewhere. Due to the limited space of the journal, competition will be very tight, and I will have to turn down good work. Don’t get discouraged, there will be other opportunities soon, this journal publishes every two months.
Good luck and thank you for your support!
